Back from the Dead

I tried turning on my TV the other day for the first time in a while.

Nothing.

OK, I'm being a little dramatic. There was a clicking sound.

I tried several times, but all I got a a clicking sound, and sometimes not even that. I was worried. MY TV IS DEAD! I thought, but quickly went about trying to figure out what was wrong.

I unplugged the TV and plugged it back in. Still nothing....

But wait, yes, there's something on the screen, but there's no reception. Let'S try changing the channel...WOO-HOO! I have sound, and the picture is slowing coming in!

Change the channel some more....OK, let's wait....The picture's back!!! Yeah!

People are like this TV. They need care and attention. Without human interaction, they shrink inside themselves.

And just because they don't always respond the way you want them to doesn't mean that there's anything wrong with them. Sometimes we just need a little coaxing.
